Most orders will ship within 72 hours. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our products, large order volumes, or weather conditions, some orders may experience a slight delay. In all cases, we will always endeavor to offer you the best customer service possible and ship your order out as soon as possible.

Our shipping charges are based on standard UPS or U.S. Mail rates (where applicable), which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped.

Orders to be shipped out of the 48 contiguous United States (i.e. Alaska and Hawaii) are sent by your choice of US Priority Mail, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air delivery. These orders are not eligible for UPS Ground or 3rd Day Select shipping. If you choose Priority Mail, unfortunately, there is no way to track the order in transit.

We also ship to A.P.O. addresses via US Priority Mail only.

DELIVERY AND LEAD TIME:

Since UPS does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays (even for express shipping), the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time. For example: A Next Day Air order, leaving our warehouse on a Friday for New York, will not arrive until Monday, even though it has a one day transit time.

Ground shipping:

Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 48 to 72 hours, excluding weekends. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Monday through Friday at around 4:30 pm MST

Express shipping (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day):

These orders are given top priority. Express orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Monday through Friday at around 2:30 PM MST.

BACKORDERS:

Shipping time on backordered items varies. You will be contacted email or US mail if you order a backordered item. At this point you can either choose to wait for the item, or remove it from your order. If you choose to wait, the backordered item will ship out to you automatically just as soon as we make your items.

Payments for backordered items are made up front as part of the original order. This helps to keep shipping costs down, as it would be more expensive to charge for two separate shipments. If you choose to remove the backordered item from your order, a refund will be issued that is consistent with the original method of payment.

If you are not delighted with your selection, you may make an exchange or return the selection within two weeks of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price, provided pieces have not been damaged or worn. We cannot refund shipping charges. Please contact us at customerservice@wfjewelry.com with any questions.

For exchanges and returns, please wrap and ship your item in its original packaging. For exchanges, please include an additional US $5.00 for postage of your new item. You are responsible for payment of postage on your exchange or return.

Due to the unique nature of our hand-crafted jewelry, lost pieces cannot be custom ordered to match the remaining pieces of a set, i.e. a matching pair of earrings. Our jewelry is hand-crafted will naturally vary due to the flowers and the supplies available during the time of its manufacture. We always endeavor to package sets as near to a perfect match as possible. Some variation is to be expected and is considered within the margins of acceptability.

Jewelry Care Tips:

• To prevent metal from tarnishing due to exposure to air, wrap your jewelry with a soft cloth and place in a sealed container, jewelry box or jewelry pouch when it's not being worn.

   

• A jewelry polishing cloth may be used to clean all metals in the event of tarnish build up. We recommend very gentle rubbing as frequent cleaning or strong pressure will eventually wear metal and remove the anti-tarnish coatings.

   

• We recommend removing your jewelry before sleeping, showering or swimming.

   

• Do not expose jewelry to extreme or prolonged heat or harsh chemicals as it may adversely affect the resin used in its manufacture.
