DELIVERY AND LEAD TIME:
Ground shipping: Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 48 to 72 hours, excluding weekends. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Monday through Friday at around 4:30 pm MST Express shipping (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day): These orders are given top priority. Express orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Monday through Friday at around 2:30 PM MST.
BACKORDERS: Shipping time on backordered items varies. You will be contacted email or US mail if you order a backordered item. At this point you can either choose to wait for the item, or remove it from your order. If you choose to wait, the backordered item will ship out to you automatically just as soon as we make your items.
Returns & Exchanges:
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of all our jewelry. Our customer service policy is: If you are not delighted with your selection, you may make an exchange or return the selection within two weeks of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price, provided pieces have not been damaged or worn. We cannot refund shipping charges. Please contact us at customerservice@wfjewelry.com with any questions. For exchanges and returns, please wrap and ship your item in its original packaging. For exchanges, please include an additional US $5.00 for postage of your new item. You are responsible for payment of postage on your exchange or return. Due to the unique nature of our hand-crafted jewelry, lost pieces cannot be custom ordered to match the remaining pieces of a set, i.e. a matching pair of earrings. Our jewelry is hand-crafted will naturally vary due to the flowers and the supplies available during the time of its manufacture. We always endeavor to package sets as near to a perfect match as possible. Some variation is to be expected and is considered within the margins of acceptability.
